The Role

As a Senior Sales Manager at 360Player, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth. You will lead our North America sales team, joining our US Area manager in setting up our on-site operation in Raleigh, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing sales teams, specifically SDRs and Account Executives. Excellent leadership skills are crucial for this role.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve high revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives.
  • Training: Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team.
  • Forecast sales accurately and consistently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop effective lead generation strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Sales Experience: 7+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • CRM system: Proficient in CRM software (e.g., hubspot)
  • Insights: Strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to manage a sales cycle.
  • Other: Experience in the sports industry is a plus
