Do parents need to download an app to get our messages?
No. Every post goes out as a push notification and an email, so families get it whether or not they open the app. Nothing depends on someone remembering to check a group chat.
Can we control who is allowed to message whom?
Yes. Moderation settings let you set the boundaries: a coach can reach any family on their team, while a parent can't message the club director directly. You decide which conversations are open.
How does 360Player keep young players safe in chat?
